Teoría de Mintzberg/Mintzberg Theory

Tiempo atrás hablé sobre Maslow (luego se convirtió en parte de un anuncio publicitario, qué casualidad). Hoy hablo de algo parecido, una teoría de Mintzberg.

Esta teoría dice que hay dos tipos de factores:

• Motivadores: Generan motivación y satisfacción (éxito, responsabilidad, etc)


• Higiénicos: No generan motivación o satisfacción, pero su ausencia es muy negativa (seguridad, sueldo, buenas relaciones con los compañeros, etc)

This theory said there are two kinds of factors:

• Motivating: They motivate you and create satisfaction (being successful, authority, etc)


• Hygienic: They don't motivate you and don't create satisfaction. But they are needed. (pay, being on good terms with your workmates, etc)
