Dos Maneras de Fijar Objetivos / Two Ways of Fixing Objetives

Existen dos maneras de fijar los objetivos de una empresa:

• 1. El jefe establece los objetivos y los trabajadores han de hacer lo imposible por cumplirlos.


• 2. Se reúnen jefe y trabajador. El trabajador escoge sus objetivos (supervisado por su jefe) y cada cierto tiempo se controla cuánto lleva hecho.

• 1. The boss fix the objetives, and workers have to do impossible things for carring them out.


• 2. Boss and worker have a talk. The worker choose his objetives (superintended by the boss). Every week/month he explains to his boss how much he has done.
